Remembrance Day: We will Remember 

Reception participated in today's two-minute silence for Remembrance Day. We have also been busy making our very own poppies

Nursery took part in Remembrance Day activities. They used their hands to make a poppy, a black brush dot and a green pen stem. We are so proud of how well the children behaved during our 2 minute silence.

In 6CS we have written some letters of appreciation to the veterans we heard from during our trip to the Imperial War Museum. It was very moving to hear their stories of sacrifice and their pursuit of peace; we remembered them during our time of silence on Monday. We were inspired and intrigued by their stories, so much so that one of the children now aspires to be a fighter pilot.
