Weekly News
I hope this message finds you well after a busy—and rather warm—week! There's been a great deal of activity in school, and we’re so proud of all that our children have been involved in. Rehearsals for the Year 6 production of Sister Act are in full swing, filling the school with energy and music. Meanwhile, our Junior and Senior Choirs gave a truly exceptional performance at the Queens Theatre yesterday as part of the Havering Music Festival—well done to all involved!
Next week marks the final sessions of our school-run extra-curricular clubs. We are incredibly grateful to the staff who give their time and energy to provide these fantastic opportunities—please do thank them when collecting your children.
We have several exciting events coming up, including our Summer Fete, Sports Days, and the Sponsored Speed Challenge. These events are part of our fundraising efforts to replace the KS2 climbing equipment, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. A gentle reminder that you can also contribute to our School Fund through a monthly standing order or one-off donations via ParentPay. A huge thank you to those who already do! For further details, please contact the Finance Office.
During the hot weather in the coming weeks, it is very important for your child to bring a named refillable water bottle to school and to have their school caps with them.
