Weekly Update
Friday, 5th May 2023
Dear Parents/Carers,
I hope you have had an enjoyable week. It has been a shorter week in school, with three normal days and one day with reduced access due to industrial action, but we have ensured that we have made the most of the time we have had together. It was lovely to see children dressed in red, white and blue today to mark the coronation this weekend. This week also marked the start of our extra-curricular clubs program and it has been fantastic to see such an excellent take up.
There are still some spaces available in a few clubs- please do contact Miss Collyer for more information and to sign up.
Next week, our Year 6 children undertake their end of Key Stage assessments, 'SATs'. Please do keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this week.
Please see a number of important notices below:
Bank Holiday- Monday 8th May
Please remember that school is closed this coming Monday, 8th May, due to an additional Bank Holiday being given to mark the King's Coronation.
Swimming Donations
A big 'Thank You' to those parents who have made their swimming donations. If you are able to contribute towards this school luxury, please do make your donation via your child's ParentPay account.
Breakfast and After School Club
Please remember that if you wish to use our Breakfast and After School Club service, please book your child on using the Parentpay booking system.
I hope you have a lovely, long weekend, and enjoy the celebrations if you have activities planned.
Kind regards,
Chris Speller
