Year 4 take on DT Day!

Year 4 have been fantastic, creating structures in design technology this week. The children had designed, and made a pavilion. They discovered that triangles are a stable shape, so they incorporated triangles into their frames. They then covered the roof and some of the walls to create shelter for the users. We will be evaluating our designs and discussing our successes and the parts of the process that we found tricky.
